Please give consideration to becoming a Team Parent, Team Manager or Team Scheduler. Being a Team Parent/Team Manager/Team Scheduler doesn’t take much time or require any special skills. It does, however, provide a necessary service to the team and Club to assure its smooth operation. Please consider volunteering for one of these positions. Team Parents/Team Managers will be asked to:
Distribute schedule at beginning of season and maintain changes
Assist in contacting players regarding practice/game schedule changes
Hand out and/or collect information at games or practices
Work as a liaison to the Board of Directors regarding any team problems or concerns
Work with the Equipment Manager to see that jerseys and socks get distributed to the players and that the coach has sufficient pucks and water bottles to meet the team needs.
Provide scheduling assistance as required.
Team Schedulers will be asked to:
Meet with Pennsbury’s Master Scheduler to coordinate your individual game schedule. A contact list of other team schedulers will be provided to you for all levels. You will use this contact list to fill out an outlined schedule. As your schedule takes shape, you will inform the Master Scheduler of your progress and any problems associated with the schedule.
